Federal law says you're not responsible to pay for charges or withdrawals made without your permission if they happen after you report the loss. Lost phone? If your debit card was loaded in Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay please call 1-844-392-3685 to deactivate the token. You may continue to use your physical card if it is in your possession.

If you need to replace your debit card, call us during normal business hours at (800) 433-0285 or stop by one of our walk-in branches to arrange for a replacement. There is a $15 replacement fee per card.
