2014 Online Banking Update
BankIowa’s Online Banking has a fresh, new look starting March 2nd! Please read below for more information on the changes. Email email@example.com with questions or call 1-800-433-0285.
What do I need to do?
- You do not need to re-enroll, change your Login ID, or change your password.
- The first time you login on or after March 2nd, you will be prompted to answer a Security Question. Please login and review or make changes to your existing Security Questions before March 2nd by going to Preferences>Change Security Settings.
- Login and explore the improved site!
Okay, so what’s changing?
Redesigned Balances, Account History and Transaction Activity pages with improved look-and-feel and usability.
Quicker access to commonly used features – last 5 transactions, transfer from/to, and renaming and ordering your accounts view can all be done on one screen.
Summary feature - allows you to add or subtract items that haven't cleared your account yet.
Additional Customer Alert Features – request to be notified to low balances, large transactions, and profile or password changes.
External Accounts management has moved from the “External Transfer” tab to the new “Manage Recipient” tab

The Online Banking website address (URL) will be different starting March 2nd. If you reach the page below, you have accessed the old website address and need to try again by clicking on this link: https://pib.secure-banking.com/60028001/
If you use Favorites or Bookmarks to the login page, please update that link to the new address.
Business Users ONLY – Cookies will be automatically reset after the upgrade. Please log in to the computer you want to use as soon as possible after the upgrade.
Customers using Internet Explorer 7.0 or older may experience more issues when accessing the Online Banking website. We encourage you to upgrade to at least IE 8.0 or higher.
