Beginning October 1, 2021, the United States Postal Service revised its service standards for first class mail items, with a standard delivery window of up to five days. This may delay both mail that you receive and mail that is sent. This may affect mail that BankIowa sends you such as paper statements, important account notices and billing notices.
If you have deposit or loan accounts with BankIowa, consider enrolling in online banking to avoid any delays. As a deposit customer, by enrolling in online banking you would have immediate access to all your account activity. For loan customers, by setting up an automatic transfer agreement, you can also make your payment from your preferred deposit account.
Enrolling in eStatements can be done through your online banking. If you need assistance, please contact any BankIowa office and a banker will walk you through the process. Simply call 800-433-0285.
