Donation Requests
Please complete the Donation Request Form for monetary or volunteer support requests. The BankIowa Donations Committee will review and respond accordingly. We prefer that you email the completed form to bankiowa@bankiowa.com and put in the subject line: Atttention - Donations Committee. You may also print out the completed form and drop if off at your nearest BankIowa branch office. Your proactive efforts towards community betterment are highly valued, and we look forward to considering your request.
