If you have received a text or phone message from the BankIowa Fraud Center regarding a fraudulent debit card transaction(s) , please reply YES or NO. Call 1-855-961-1602 for 24/7 service, please be sure to reference your case# provided in the message. Or, call 800-433-0285 during regular business hours.
