Email, Address, and Phone Change
Do you need to change your address, email, or phone number? You have a couple of options! Your quickest option is to make the change securely through online banking. Your other option is to complete and sign the Customer Information Change Form and then either bring it to a BankIowa branch or mail it to us and we will update our records.
Change of Address, Email, or Phone Number through Online Banking
To securely update your change of address, email address, or phone number in Personal Online Banking, log into your online banking account, then click on the Customer Service menu tab. From there, click on the “Change address’ option for an address change or click on the “Manage contact information” option for an email address or phone number change.
