What are eStatements?
eStatements are the same as your monthly paper statements, but instead of mailing them to you, we send you an email or text message to advise that they are available electronically within your Online Banking. This delivery method is secure, saves paper, and makes your statements available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Signing up for eStatements also allows you to view up to 7 years of past statements in Online Banking.
Enrolling in eStatements for Personal Online Banking Users
- Login to Personal Online Banking
- Click the “Statements” link on the Accounts menu
- Review and Accept the eStatement Service Agreement and Disclosure
- Click “Submit” to enroll all eligible deposit accounts in eStatements
- Click the “Change statement delivery method” link at any time to change the delivery method for individual accounts
Enrolling in eStatements for Business Online Banking Users
- Login to Business Online Banking
- Click the “Statements & documents” link on the Reports menu
- Click the “View and maintain document preferences” link
- Select Online or Paper for your eligible deposit accounts
- Click “Continue”
- Review the Online Statements Agreement and Disclosure and click “I Agree”
- Click “Save Preferences”
